Homer and Associates, Ltd. started in 1998 in Chicago, Illinois offering software consulting services for clients with the Hewlett-Packard HP3000 mini computer. Since our beginning in 1998 we have serviced companies ranging in size from the small business owner all the way through Fortune 50 companies.
